In the numbers please read this one

It is in the numbers and now is the time

To make the change and start feeling fine

Are you ready for my magic tricks

Listen as I count back from six

Six, five, four, three two one

I’ll be loving kind and the world is one

I’ll live in love and nurture every life

I do not harm and make no strife

Imagine peace, look into my eyes

Relax and let me hypnotize

Six fix four three two one

Peace on Earth has now begun

I’ll volunteer and all will thrive

I’ll live in joy happy to be alive

I nurture all and have gratitude

With a compassionate understanding attitude

In the numbers change is here

Old habits dropped from this year

No violence only bliss and unity

I’ll nurture self and my community

Peace on Earth has now begun

I listened and looked into your eyes

I feel secure, I am hypnotized

Thank you now I’m feeling fine

I believe you and that now is the time

World Peace 1

Peace and love table at fantAsian eatery Nimbin

#DisruptTS19

Sitting up late one night I had a thought of war
How the whole world would be happy if it was gone forever more
I thought about a world where everyone lives in love and peace
And how we’d laugh, smile and dance with joy the day we end the war disease

We’d eliminate all fear and all humans could grow and thrive
The day we close the armies will be great to be alive
Melt down all the warships, tanks and fighter planes
Give the soldiers all jobs planting trees, fruit, growing grains

We’ll remove the border walls and no more competition
There will no longer be the need for the old Waring tradition
Because instead of fighting, everyone will lend a hand
When we end all war will be an awesome day and grand

It will happen in my lifetime and it’s going to be great
The day we all unite will be the day we celebrate
The ending of the wars, the killing and the fear
And all the weapons gone and the peace that will appear

Everyone will share their food and there will be no scarcity
The day the war machines stop will be the day humanity is free
From the fear and anxiety and loathing of each other
Look in the eyes of everyone and you’ll see your sister, brother

We’ll be happy and all smiling, forgiving with compassion
With no more separation and competition we will fashion
A world of peace and love with happiness the plan
Where everyone can celebrate, boy, girl, woman man

Now you’ve heard my story let’s begin today
Imagine all the happiness when all wars go away
You can start where you are and achieve your inner peace
Eliminate your guns and fear of other people disease

Because that is where it starts when you dehumanize
When you think of other people as less with judgement on your eyes
And you impose on others your judgement about being
And enforce it with a war, is the scenario I’m seeing

But you don’t need to be scared or bullying and so demanding
When you can be accepting, listening, caring and understanding
And approach all people as humans with love and with compassion
A world of peace without war, the whole will fashion

All people came together with love and peace their job
United all the world as One United Mob
Because war was bad for business and war a social failure
And it started with an idea that spread, one night in Australia

One Friday Afternoon

Life lessons, poetry

Henny Penny

Lessons from Henny Penny

You get out what you put in.

I remember as a young man hearing the story of Henny Penny who planted wheat to grow seeds to make bread for her family. Every time she wanted help the other animals were too busy to help. However, when the bread had been baked all the animals wanted to have some but Henny Penny didn’t give them any bread because they hadn’t helped.

I wrote this poem to expand on the lessons of Henny Penny.

Henny Penny

Henny Penny planted seeds but no one would assist

They said it is a good idea so Henny did persist

The seeds they grew to wheat and trees, rye and barley too.

Henny Penny planted these and ate the berries blue

The others smelled the cooking bread and gathered round in lust

Give us some you selfish hen the farmer gives us dust

I only have enough to feed the ones that I can trust

I made enough for all that helped to harvest sow and crush

You saw me plant and carry water, working in the hot

You could have helped, we would have enough for all but now we’ve not

Myself I need the energy to plant a row of seeds

Here have some crumbs. It’s all you get. What lazy people need.

Henny built a humble home for all her family

Her door was always open to visitors for feeds

The selfish ones watched from afar with envy lust and pride

Coveting the simple things like Henny’s hot fruit pies

Henny would be nice to you when you’re not a selfish jerk

Hot fruit pies and fresh baked bread for those that do the work

A rattle snake came along and offered her some money

She laughed said to go away. I can’t eat that it’s funny

You want a piece of glory of God’s delicious bread

Now you offer gold and coins when I wanted help instead

You can use the money to buy some new fruit trees

Or you could help and climb that one and pick the seeds for free

The Earth provides us everything in abundance and in joy

The fruits of all my labour are for my children to enjoy

Self Development 101

To develop the self it is essential to quieten and take control of the mind. This requires discipline and practice such as meditation and acceptance through gratitude. Self development also requires a goal and plan to achieve the goal. However, self development also requires a purpose, a desire and lust for a better life.

Life for me is about creation, to live, love, and make a difference in the world. I have hopes dreams and aspirations for a better world. I only have one real mission nurturance of life. With this in mind, I live with universal acceptance through gratitude for the all and observe the Source in all living things.
I want to be healthy, happy and love.
This is true abundance and manifests in the ability to love thy self and the world around us.
By the creation of your own heaven on Earth you transcend the bounds and chains of programming and belief systems.
You belief is how you “be-in-life”
Your words are your beliefs so if you say bad words then you make a “bad-life” purely by your spoken words.
You can change that by be-loving.
This part of the word “lief” means in German , “love” so the word belief means be-love.
If you be mean, be hateful, be angry, be scared that is your attachment to that way of seeing the world.. You are in love with being a victim, being shameful, holding guilt, drama, being proud, being judgemental. You don’t have to be-that, you can be-hopeful, be-kind, be-accepting, be-love, Be grateful, be nurturing, believe in love.
You can be anything you want to be if you do it.

I like to begin each day with the practice of gratitude and today when I awoke and meditated, the following poem came out.

I’ve hopes, plans, goals and dreams
So many wonderful things ahead it seems
Loving joyful aspirations
To be healthy fit is my inspiration
I used to drink and smoke my life away
But I quit so I’d be healthy today
Was fat and sick no plans in life
Then got single and quit my wife
To write and draw is in my plan
To be strong and a fit healthy man
Be the best version of me
An example for my sons to see
Live in the now and not the past
Holding on just makes pain last
Have no fear if you talk kind
Walk tall but humble grow your mind
Live well live long and life enjoy
Play, create, have fun like a little boy

Because I don’t want to be a lonely bitter sick old man.

It also helps to use your calendar and a to do list but that’s another whole article.
